Joseph P. Salvador, 78, of Kaneohe, a retired collector-driver for the city Department of Environmental Services, Refuse Division, and an Army veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by former wife Madeline, sons Joe K. and Steffen P., daughter Janice Van Epps, sister Rosie Bautista, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Ann's Catholic Church. Mass: 11 a.m.
