James Mitsuo Arakaki, 82, of Honolulu, a retired Auto Body and Paint proprietor and an Army veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Satsumi "Kay," son Miles A., brother Robert Y. and sisters Yoshiko Kohagura, Edna H. Yamashiro and Betty C. Enay. Private services. No monetary offerings.
