Harriet A. O'Sullivan, 93, of Kailua, a retired state Department of Education educator, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Patrick III and Peter Mike; daughters Lynette "Kuuipo" Lum, Lois "Mikahala" Blackstad and Rachel "Kealaonapua" Watson; 29 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 2 p.m. Sunday at Bernice Pauahi Bishop Memorial Chapel. Services: 3 p.m. Burial: 2:15 p.m. Monday at Diamond Head Memorial Park. Flowers welcome. Casual or aloha attire.
