74Pamela Kinue Togashi, 60, of Las Vegas, formerly of Honolulu, a retired state of Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations Unemployment Insurance Division employee, died in Las Vegas. She was born in Olaa, Hawaii. She is survived by sisters Wendy Kishimoto and Susan Yamada. Private services.
