Kenneth Kazuto Katayama
Jan. 7, 2011 Kenneth Kazuto Katayama, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaii Newspaper Agency composing room foreman and an Army veteran who served in World War II with the 100th Battalion, 442nd Regimental Combat Team, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Hanalei, Kauai. He is survived by sons Wayne K. and Guy N., daughter Bonnie L.M. Ogata, brother Malcolm K. "Kane," sister Pearl T. Katsuki and three grandchildren. Private services.
