72Kap Min "Frank" Seo, 75, of Honolulu, a retired Electronic Consultant Services chemical engineer, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Korea. He is survived by wife Grace P.; daughters Debbie Seo Mar and Diane Seo; brothers Kap Syung, Kap Sung, K.K. and Kap Jung Seo; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Sunday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 10:30 a.m. Monday at Diamond Head Memorial Park. No monetary offerings. No flowers.
