73Robert Koon You "Bobby" Loo, 94, of Kailua, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Supply Center Fuel Department employee, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Beatrice, son Melvin, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Borthwick Mortuary.
