Frances Louise Santos, 61, of Kailua, a nurse, died in Kailua. She was born in West Millford, W.Va. She is survived by husband Ernest Jr.; son Ryan; daughters Charmaine Santos, Cristina Mercado and Jennifer Kuon; sisters Dolores Mcurry and Doris Weekly; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
