Francis Dennis Hau'oli "Oli" Akaka, 65, of Kihei, Maui, a mason, landscaper, taxi driver, lunch wagon cook and entrepreneur, and security guard, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Jonah H., Jason K., Jacob L. and Tyler H.; daughters Melony K. NeSmith and Janessa H. Akaka; sister Lou Ann K. Garcia; former wives Monica L. Akaka and Niana "Bonnie" K. Downey; 20 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 6 p.m. Wednesday at Borthwick Norman's Mortuary. Services: 7:30 p.m. Motorcycle run: 10 a.m. Friday through South Kihei. Committal services: 11 a.m. at Kalama Park, Kihei. Celebratory 'Aha 'Aina to follow at Kalama Beach Park Pavilion.
