72Nancy Takako Mitsuyoshi, 75, of Honolulu, a retired medical records clerk at Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific, died. She was born in Hamakua, Hawaii. She is survived by daughters Debra L.M. Triska and Lisa Y.M. McWhorter; sisters Florence Kaneshiro, Rose Kawasaki, Margaret Beck, Getty Galvin and Carolyn Mizukami; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kalihi Ward, 1723 Beckley St. Services: 11 a.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
