74Rose Chitose Higa, 80, of Waimanalo, a retired Arcadia Retirement Residence housekeeper, died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Henry C.W. Kim; daughters Joanna Cook, Cathie Ng and Patricia Ann Kageno; sister Lily Murakami; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services.
