Starr Seiyen Itomura, 75, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Health bacteriologist and Army veteran, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Kiyoko, sons Michael M. and Dr. David M., daughters Sharon M. Uyehara and Michelle K. Itomura, brother Masayasu, sisters Yemi Miyashiro and Anne Itomura, and four grandchildren. Private services.
