71Helen Kuulei Keahi, 90, a civil service employee in Okinawa and South Korea, and retired comptroller at Hickam Air Force Base, died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Jacqueline Peters, four grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
