77Ngoc Quang Nguyen, 75, of Honolulu, a retired lieutenant colonel in the South Vietnamese army and a certified public accountant, died. He was born in Vietnam. He is survived by wife Kim H.; sons Chau, Bau and Nga; daughter Hieu; several brothers and sisters; and 11 grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. tomorrow at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Additional services in Houston at a later date.
