73Frances K. Dong, 79, of Kailua, a retired Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific registered nurse, died in Hospice Hawaii Kailua. She was born in San Francisco. She is survived by husband Edward; son Kyle; daughter Carolyn Brethour; brother Henry Tom; sisters Evelyn and Marylou Lee, Grace Wong and California Kim; and three grandchildren. Private services.
