Harris Nozomu Murabayashi, 82, of Honolulu, a retired city chief fiscal analyst, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Kaneohe. He is survived by daughters Dona Kang and Fern Yoshida, brothers Harry and Albert, and a grandchild. Private services.
