80Dorothy Magdalene Lacey, 64, of Kailua-Kona, a retired federal program manager and homemaker, died. She was born in West Point, N.Y. She is survived by husband Bill, stepdaughters Bridget and Donna, sister Mary Foster and two grandchildren. Services pending.
