She was employed as a Pantry Chef at Pearl Harbor Shipyard Officers Mess and Pearl City Tavern, and a Handy Van Aide. Member of the Sacred Hearts Women’s Society. She was the best mother, housewife, cook hostess and loved to play her uke & sing, and she was the family historian. Greatest wife to Jack J. Hisatake (deceased); mother to 4 sons, Gilbert (Erin), Jack P. (Leila), Joseph (Gay) & Lengi; one daughter, Clara Ann Pai Hisatake Cox (deceased); 10 grandchildren; Tanya, Leah, Amber, Shanon, Kyle, Sean, Michael, Ryan, Klyn, and Joey; 4 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers; Fouvale, Valelio Aetonu and Mika Paulo.
