Cecelia "Cissy" Yamaguchi, 88, of Pearl City, a federal government retiree, died in Honolulu. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by daughters Jennie Fukumoto, Dale Yamaguchi and Faye Joslin; sister Rosemarie DeCoito; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
