Dorothy Levy “Dot” Chang, 89, of Kaneohe, a retired cook at the Crouching Lion Inn in Kaaawa and Kuilima Resort in Kahuku, died in St. Francis Hospice-West. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Robert M.; daughters Lorraine K. Spencer and Carolyn N. Anacan; brothers Harold S. and Arvel Levy; sisters Clara K. Jellings, Martha Ho, Joanna Aubee, Mae Duford and Evelyn J. Apicerno; hanai sisters Ginger Chai and Joeann Wolfgramm; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 11:30 a.m. Committal services: 10 a.m. March 31 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
