Paul Ross, 71, of Klamath Falls, Ore., a commercial and residential contractor and a Navy veteran who served during the Vietnam War, died at home. He was born in Stockton, Calif. He is survived by wife Cheryl Chatburn-Ross; daughters Kathleen Sandoval and Tanya McDermott; sons Richard and Nicholas Ross, and Eric Papoff; brother Chris; and sisters Carol and Arlene.
