Frances C. Harriman, 79, of Mountain View, Hawaii, a teacher's aide on the mainland and a Navy veteran, died at home. She was born in Springfield, Mass. She is survived by son Curt A. Perkins, hanai daughter Brenda Figgeroa, a sister and a grandchild. Urn committal: 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire. Flowers and lei welcome.
