73Noboru Takamura, 95, of Kapaa, Kauai, a Kauai District Health Office chief sanitarian, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Ted and Gerald, daughter Becky Wada, brothers Isamu and Akira, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at All Saints Episcopal Church, Kapaa. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
