Kikuo "Maty" Matsuoka, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Army veteran and a Hale Koa Hotel retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Captain Cook, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Kimiko, son Milton, daughter Grace Rivera, sister Masae, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, 20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire.
