Age 87, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away February 19, 2011 in Honolulu. Born September 22, 1923 in Puro, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He was a woodcraftsman supervisor for Family Housing Furniture Repair with the Department of Defense.
He is survived by wife, Ignacia Remular Arce; son, Mauricio Arce Jr; daughters, Mary Jane (John) Vannatta, Patricia (John) Baker; granddaughter, Candace Arce (Bryan) Chun; great-granddaughter, Kyra Oda; sisters, Adeline Quirit of Pepeekeo, HI, Margarita (Francisco) Camero of Pepeekeo, HI, Alejandra Cabatu, of the Philippines; many nieces & nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews.
Visitation 6-9 p.m. Tuesday (March 22) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Wake Service 7 p.m. Visitation also 8:30 a.m. Wednesday (March 23) at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church; Mass 10:45 a.m. Burial 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
