Dr. Thomas M. Cashman
Feb. 24, 2011 Dr. Thomas M. Cashman, 73, of Haleiwa, a retired physician at Straub Clinic & Hospital and Tripler Army Medical Center, and a retired Army colonel and chief of occupational medicine, died in Haleiwa. He was born in Elizabeth, N.J. He is survived by wife Sandra; sons Thomas M. III and Pearse; daughters Eileen and Kathleen Cashman, Alicia Esche and Amy Shaw; brothers J. Pearse and Edward; sister Regina; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Services: 11 a.m. Friday at Saints Peter and Paul Mission, Haleiwa. Casual or aloha attire. No flowers. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Hospice Hawaii or Pancreatic Research Center at UCLA.
