79Fusako Morita, 95, of Honolulu, a retired Rehabilitation Center of the Pacific nurse, died in Honolulu. She was born in Waimea, Kauai. She is survived by sons Carl and Van, brothers Chiaki and Eugene Akazawa, and sisters Misao Mori, Yukiko Kubota and Itsuko Murabayashi. Services: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Makiki Christian Church
