Kan Chan, 89, of Honolulu, a retired cook with Golden Duck and Lung Fung restaurants, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Zhong Shan, China. He is survived by wife Yan Zhen, sons Yong Biao and David, daughter Daisy Liu and six grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary. Taoist service.
