Patrick W. Viveiros, 68, of Manassas, Va., a Central Intelligence Agency retiree and an Air Force veteran, died in Manassas. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by sons Jeffrey P. and Michael A., brother Joseph H., sister Nellouise August and five grandchildren. Services in Manassas. Donations suggested to HART, P.O.
