72Deveryl C. "Dev" Arnold, 78, of Koloa, Kauai, a retired obstetrician and gynecologist in California, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Sioux Falls, S.D. He is survived by wife Donna; son David Ashburn; daughters Becky and Lori Arnold, Suzanne King and Kristi Rooks; and two grandchildren. Private celebration of life.
