Bascar, sister Michelle "Sachi"Chavez, stepbrother Lance Helekahi, stepsister Emiko Helekahi and grandparents Robert Okuda and Frank Bascar. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 7 p.m. Scattering of ashes: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Baby Makapuu, Waimanalo. Scattering of ashes: 11:30 a.m. Casual attire.
