80Teichi Yamada, 91, of Olinda, Maui, a biological aide assisting with research on fruit flies and an agricultural specialist, died in Wailuku. He was born in Kihei, Maui. He is survived by wife Fusako; sons Miles, Kenneth and Scott; daughter Alice Kusumoto; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Services: 4:30 p.m. Friday at Makawao Hongwanji Mission.
