Robert S. Nishimura, 81, of South San Francisco, an Army National Guard veteran and former Honeywell International pipe fitter, died. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Minae; son Ross; daughters Sandy Imaizumi and Sheila Watanabe; brothers Gilbert, Harold, Warren and George; sister Faye Honma; and five grandchildren.
