William Edward Lucey, 95, of Honolulu, a Navy aviation radar specialist and engineer with the Navy, Federal Aviation Agency and Boeing Co., died. He was born in Carroll, Iowa. He is survived by daughter Karri, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Inurnment: 2 p.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
