Billy Tokuo Suda, 100, of Honolulu, retired owner of Billy Suda General Contractor, died in Maunalani Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Koyoshi “Elsieâ€; daughters Blanche M. Pai, Eleanor M. Minatoishi, Mitsuko S. Kelly and Diana M. Uechi; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
