MARGARET
HUNG CHING

Margaret Hung Ching, 92, of Honolulu, died on March 29, 2011 at Kuakini Medical Center. She was born on November 9, 1918 in Honolulu. She retired as a commissary cashier at Hickam Air Force Base. She was a member of Salt Lake Senior Club and enjoyed her weekly meetings at Joy Fellowship and Sunday services at Kalihi Union Church. She loved going to Las Vegas to play her poker machines and would take any opportunity to travel there. She was a loving mother, Popo, Tai Tai and friend. She will be missed by all. She was preceded in death by husband Clifford T.F. Ching and brothers Kenneth & Raymond Hung.

Survived by sons: Arnold (Dolores) Ching of Seattle; Donald (Mindy) Ching of Kauai; daughter, Marjorie (Donald) Young; 6 grandchildren, Darrell (Jamie) Young, Kevin (Carolyn) Young, Carrie Lei Young, Luana (Hector) Diaz of CA, Brenton (Sarah) Ching of WA, Barrett (April) Ching of WA; 3 great-grandsons, Carson Young, Zachary Young, and Brandon Ching of WA.

Visitation 9 to 11 a.m. with services 11 a.m. to noon on Friday, April 8th at Kalihi Union Church; followed by burial 2 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
