MARIETA FERRER MANGONON

Age 59, of Waianae, Hawaii, passed away March 29, 2011 in Ewa Beach. Born August 23, 1951 in Manaoag, Pangasinan, Philippines. Retired from Mililani Memorial Park & Mortuary as a pre-need sales counselor. Past-president and current member of Manaoag Pangasinan Association and United Pangasinan Association.

She is survived by husband, Elpidio N. Mangonon Sr.; daughters, Melanie (Edwin) Arciaga of Washington State, Melinda “Mindy” (Jesse) Flores, Mebelline Marie (James) Taylor of Washington State; sons, Mark Mangonon (Thanh Do) of Washington State, Elpidio (Lori) Mangonon Jr of Washington State; 6 grandchildren; mother, Alejandra Ferrer; brothers, Welfredo Ferrer (Linda Baoy) of Maui, Teofilo (Denecia) Ferrer Jr of Maui, Orlando (Elvie) Ferrer of Maui, Friend (Myra) Ferrer of Maui, Reynaldo (Angela) Ferrer of Maui, Carlos (Erin) Ferrer of Maui; sister, Zenaida (Valentino) Bayani of Maui; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation 6-9 p.m. Wednesday (April 13) at St Rita’s Catholic Church; (89-318 Farrington Hwy., Waianae) Wake Service 7 p.m. Visitation also 9:30 a.m. Thursday (April 14) at St Rita’s Catholic Church; Mass 11:30 a.m. Burial 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual Attire. Flowers Welcome.
