Age 70, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, passed away March 17, 2011 in Honolulu. Born December 22, 1940 in Virac, Catanduanes, Philippines. Retired chief for the U.S. Navy Submarine Forces Pacific. Also a member of Fleet Reserve, and Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by wife, Leticia G. Arcilla; son, Jethro Arcilla; daughter, Joyce (Chad) Stephens; brothers, Abelardo Arcilla, Jose Arcilla, Domingo Arcilla, Adulberto Arcilla; sisters, Lodivini Tabilog, Lourdes Abundo; 2 grandchildren.
Visitation 9:15 a.m. Saturday (April 16) at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (91-1004 North Rd., Ewa Beach) Mass 10:00 a.m. Burial Monday (April 18) 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual Attire. No flowers, please.
