Hisashi “Frank†Daijo, 83, of Kailua, a retired Otagiri Mercantile manager and an Army veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Marysville, Calif. He is survived by former wife Setsuko; sons Gaylord, Paul and Leslie; brother Kimihisa; sister Mitsuko; and six grandchildren. Services: 3 p.m. today at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
