Jesus Ogalesco Arcilla, 70, of Ewa Beach, a retired chief petty officer for the Navy Submarine Force Pacific, died in Honolulu. He was born in Virac, Catanduanes, Philippines. He is survived by wife Leticia G.; son Jethro; daughter Joyce Stephens; brothers Abelardo, Jose, Domingo and Adulberto; sisters Lodivini Tabilog and Lourdes Abundo; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9:15 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 91-1004 North Road, Ewa Beach. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. Monday at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. No flowers.
