Arthur Kwai-Hing Kalanipookahi Leong, 54, of Keaau, Hawaii, a retired Honolulu Fire Department captain and Hawaii Army National Guard retiree, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Linda; son Ian S.; daughters Chloe J. and Aurora J.; mother Francene; brothers Roland, Wayne and Shannon; and sisters Carrie and Lurene Choy Foo, and Kristina Waiolama.
