He was born in Bangued, Abra, Philippines. He is survived by wife Milagros B.; sons Raoul and Ruemel; daughters Rowena Coronel, Ruby M. and Revelita Fernandez, and Ramonette Agustin; brother Jose "Cheng"; sister Cresencia Balderama; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 6 p.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Jude Catholic Church, 92-455 Makakilo Drive.
