71Melecio Mamuad Dumlao, 67, of Waipahu, a retired farmer in the Philippines, died in Aiea. He was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Emma; son Jimmy; daughters Gina Pedregosa and Lorna Malvar; brother Andres; sisters Maria Batangan, Dolores Cabel and Marta Dumayas; and a grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11:30 a.m. at Valley of the Temples.
