74Emilio Cruz “Mill’s” Jocson, 54, of Wailuku, a Guam Construction employee, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Guam. He is survived by sons Justin H. Jocson, Leomana Morondos and Eugene “Gino” Mendioia; stepdaughter Cy-Sarae “Cy’s” Cramer; hanai daughter Vicki Menomiyazato; and sister Emelia Dunn. Services: 3 p.m. Wednesday at Family Life Center, across from Foodland, Kahului. Additional services: 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Naska Beach, Canoe Hale. Lunch to follow.
