LORNA LOUISE "LONI" XIXIS
Lorna Louise "Loni" Xixis, 67, of Waipahu, passed away on January 14, 2011. The loving daughter of Mary Lou and Hugh Douglas McKenzie. Loni was a long time employee of Royal Cruise Line and served as their territory sales manager for 10 years. Prior to that, she worked in Advertising Sales and as a Travel Agent. Loni was born in Oakland, California and moved to Hawaii in 1964. Loni was an avid traveler and enjoyed researching her family's genealogy. She is survived by her husband Dimitri, son Kip Murchison, daughter Kari Nettel, and grandchildren Kyle Murchison, Daniel Murchison, Douglas Nettel and Marlo Nettel. Loni's ashes will be scattered off shore of Diamond Head during a private ceremony on April 30th. A luncheon to celebrate her life will be held at the St. Constantine & Helen Church of Hawaii on May 1 at 11am. Call (808) 384-8282 for info.
