79Arleen Elizabeth Harding, 59, of Honolulu died in Honolulu. She was born in Phenix City, Ala. She is survived by husband Neal E., father William McCart and sister Nelda Welch. Celebration of life: 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Hawaii Yacht Club, 1739-C Ala Moana Blvd. Casual attire. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to American Cancer Society.
