74Mitsuo “Mits” Murakami, 89, of Kahului, a Federal Aviation Administration communications relay equipment operator, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughters Irene Okumura and Linda Ogata, sisters Haruko Yoza and Grace K. Murakami, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
