Emiko Kudo, 88, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Education deputy superintendent and city Department of Parks and Recreation director, died in Aloha Nursing & Rehab Centre. She was born in North Kona, Hawaii. She is survived by son Guy and daughter Candace. Private services.
