78Isabel Sampayan Salvador, 85, of Kilauea, Kauai, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Apaya, Laoag City, Philippines. She is survived by brothers Luciano Salvador and Presentacion Aninag, and sister Eliza. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Kapaia Road. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Lihue Cemetery. Casual attire.
