Feb. 20, 2011 Richard Makoto “RM” Takeyama, 96, of Honolulu, a retired RM Takeyama Inc. developer and general contractor, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Lily, son Jimmy and daughters Marsha Linden and Anne Takeyama-Lear. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
